What you will do:
The Manager Cost Accounting is responsible for ensuring the proper accounting of product cost and inventory. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial processes and analytics to drive informed decision-making throughout the business. This position will serve as a manager to the Cost Accountant and will also support the Assistant Controller in other areas of accounting including journal entries and account reconciliations.
The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office option and will report to the Assistant Controller.

- Analyze costs against standards to determines variances for purchase price, production costs and distribution costs
- Evaluate and help drive strategic pricing initiatives
- Manage and train the Cost Accountant
- Mange month end closing duties including inventory cost procedures and general ledger entries, merchandise-in-transit entries and reconciliation, inventory roll-forward, and other related reporting ensuring that company inventory is properly accounted and reconciled according to generally accepted accounting principles
- Partner with operations management to analyze and reconcile on-hand and in-transit inventory balances monthly

- Participate in monthly and annual closing
- Calculate and book monthly general journal entries as assigned
- Perform special projects and analyses as needed to support the introduction or modification of Company products or processes

What you will do:
We are excited to hire a Materials and Performance Engineer to expand our internal lab equipment and efficiencies. This role will be a critical driver of innovation within Franklin’s paddle development pipeline. This role leads ongoing research and development initiatives that elevate product performance for the best pickleball players in the world.
Working side by side with top athletes including Anna Leigh Waters, Hayden Patriquin, and Parris Todd, this individual will push the boundaries of materials, construction, and performance. This role requires a forward thinker who thrives on experimentation, emerging technologies, and staying ahead of trends in the sport.
This individual will act as the technical backbone of the product team, driving innovation behind the scenes and ensuring Franklin remains at the forefront of performance driven product development.
The Materials and Performance Engineer will act as a mentor and technical leader within the product organization and will oversee testing resources.
This role will require occasional travelling with overnight stay.

TWe are seeking a collaborative and analytical candidate to join our Supply Chain team. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving demand forecasts to support both supply chain planning and inventory goals. It will focus heavily on system-driven forecasts as well as comprehensive reporting on both the short- and long-term forecast outlook. What you will do:
This is a new position for our growing product team. The Product Coordinator, Youth sports, Games and Toys supports a fast-paced, high-volume department within our organization. This role will primarily assist the Director, Product Management serving as a key liaison across multiple internal teams and external partners with assigned duties. The position offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of products including toy, game, and sporting goods categories.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the administration of product development, maintaining databases, managing sales samples, coordinating item setup, submitting artwork, and communicating with global supply chain partners. This individual will also support sales initiatives, including preparation for key account presentations. Franklin Sports, Inc. is looking to hire a passionate, high-energy individual to support our facility maintenance needs. This critical role requires a detailed person to ensure all items are handled in a timely manner. This position will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and monitoring various types of facility equipment. The Maintenance Technician completes preventative maintenance efforts and schedules as planned and helps ensure ongoing housekeeping efforts are maintained.
The Maintenance Technician position is located at our Warehouse in Memphis, TN and will report to the Warehouse Manager.

- Perform once per week battery watering, inspection, and basic maintenance of up to 80 forklift batteries
- Operate a Tenant Floor Scrubber once per week to maintain overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Maintain and ensure timely repairs for all forklift, battery and charger equipment daily; this may include direct repairs or coordinating directly with various vendors to ensure completion of advanced repairs.
- Oversee and communicate with various vendors to support building maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain basic warehouse facility equipment and other building structures and contents, to include storage rack repair/assembly/take down
- Resolve maintenance problems directly or through vendors involving electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement
- Establish schedules for and perform preventative maintenance, as required
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in warehouse and office areas
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives as related to building operation and practice of safe work habits
- Occasionally work hours outside of established schedule
