Custom Batting Gloves

Do custom batting gloves come in a pair?

Custom batting gloves are sold as a pair. You will receive one right hand and one left hand in the design that you create and purchase.

What is the current production time for custom batting gloves?

Custom batting gloves are expected to ship in 5-7 weeks from date of order. If your gloves are ready earlier than expected, we will be sure to ship them to you sooner. Once completed, a FedEx tracking number will be sent to the order email.

There is a signature requirement from FedEx for custom gloves to deliver. What if I’m not home that day?

FedEx will make three delivery attempts to you and then they will briefly hold the order locally for pickup at a FedEx station. If you would like to schedule a local pickup at a FedEx station instead of home delivery please use the FedEx Delivery Manager HERE

After the three attempts and pickup window, FedEx will then return your order back to our headquarters. If you have questions regarding this process please contact our Customer Service Team. Thank you!

How do I know what size glove I am?

We have a printable sizing chart to help. Chart can be found here: SIZE CHART. Please print on an 8.5” x 11” paper to receive accurate measurement.

DO YOU HAVE A TEAM ORDER DISCOUNT?

We are excited to offer a Team Sales discount. If you purchase 12+ pairs of gloves, of the same recipe, a deep discount will automatically apply to your order upon adding applicable products to cart. Monograms can be unique. No additional discounts can be applied.

Can I submit a product idea to Franklin Sports?

How do I get a warranty replacement or refund?

Please go to our Contact Us page. Select Warranty Claim from the drop-down menu.

What is your return policy?

30 Day Return Policy (Parts): 30 Days from the original date of purchase. Worn or used merchandise can not be returned.

90 Day Limited-Warranty Policy: 90 Days from the original date of purchase with accompanying proof of purchase (i.e., receipt or order confirmation). All returns are inspected upon arrival for quality assurance. Shipping is not refundable. Where can I buy replacement parts?

Replacement parts are available online only.

Order Details

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your package in 5-7 business days.

Orders utilizing Standard 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and 1 Day Overnight must be placed by 11:00 AM(EST) Monday - Friday in order to be processed on the same day. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Order placed on the weekend will be fulfilled on Mondays.

Can I use my PO box for the shipping address?

At this time, we do not accept orders placed with PO boxes. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I cancel my order?

Because our order processing is immediate upon checkout, unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders placed on www.Franklinsports.com

Can I change the email address used for the confirmation and tracking email?

We are unable to manually change an email address once an order has been confirmed, however, you can reach out to our Customer Service Team and they will be more than happy to provide you with order information.

Can I add on to an order after it's been Placed?

Once an order has been confirmed at checkout, we are unable to update existing orders with additional products or units. If you wish to purchase additional quantities or products, you can place another order on our website.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?

If you do not receive an email confirmation within a few hours of checking out, and you have also verified the email has not gone to spam or junk, please reach out to customer service and they can assist in manually looking up your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we do not have the ability to ship orders outside of the United States. Only orders placed with U.S. address will be properly processed and fulfilled.
