Franklin C45° and FS Tour Paddle Warranty

ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

At Franklin, we stand behind the quality and performance of our C45° and FS Tour paddles. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that occur in the possession of the original purchaser to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Please read the details of our warranty below:

Warranty Period:

- Franklin C45° and FS Tour paddles are covered for one (1) year from the original purchase date.

What is Covered:

Our warranty applies to the following:

- Structural defects in the core or face materials.

- Delamination, cracking, or splitting not caused by misuse.

- Edge guard separation due to manufacturing issues.

- Handle failures or loose connection points due to construction defects.

What is Not Covered:

The following are not covered under the warranty:

- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, fading, or cosmetic blemishes.

- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidental drops, or improper storage (e.g., exposure to extreme heat or cold).

- Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.

- Small fragmented glue particles that may loosen and cause a slight rattle inside the paddle, as this does not impact playability.

- Replacement paddles provided under warranty are not eligible for a second warranty.

Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form for C45° and FS Tour Paddle Warranty Form. You will be asked to:

1. Provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and receipt from an authorized retailer.

2. Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue with the paddle.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved claims will be addressed by repairing or replacing the defective paddle.

C45° Paddle Limited Warranty – Replacement Policy:

- If a paddle is approved for replacement under the Franklin C45° Limited Warranty, a single paddle replacement will be covered during that year.

- The issuance of a replacement paddle does not restart, renew, or extend the original warranty term from the initial purchase date.

- Franklin Sports reserves the right to deny warranty claims in cases of excessive, repeated, or suspected abuse of the warranty program.

- This policy ensures we stand behind legitimate manufacturing defects while protecting the integrity of the program for all customers.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER

In the interest of resolving potential disputes between us in the most expedient and cost-effective manner, you and Franklin agree that any and all disputes arising in connection with this product (whether claims are based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal or equitable theory) will be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration is a more informal procedure than a lawsuit that is filed in court. In arbitration, a neutral arbitrator will decide the case instead of a judge or jury. Arbitration may result in more limited discovery than a court proceeding and may not afford the same opportunities for review of decisions. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY, YOU AND FRANKLIN ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR ANY OTHER PROCEEDING IN WHICH EITHER PARTY ACTS OR PROPOSES TO ACT IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may pursue an individual claim in small claims court in your county of residence within the United States or in Norfolk County, Massachusetts. In such case, the provisions of this section will not apply.

CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY FOR THIS PRODUCT AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
